On Sale for $49.99

This Wobble Disk is a great core fitness accessory designed to improve your posture & balance while developing your core muscles.  It's a versatile exercise aid which allows users to perform a wide range of activities,  either performed on the disk itself or from an upright  position.  When used from a sitting position, you'll activate your back muscles and work your core.  The disk can  help prevent slouching while seated, which can help alleviate prolonged stress on the lower back.  When used from a standing position, balance, stability and agility are worked and improved.  Standing exercises on the disk are used in conjunction with rehabilitation for your knees and ankles.  This Wobble Disk is manufactured with heavy PVC construction and offers small nodules on one side and a flat, smooth surface on the other.  You may adjust the inflation level for varying skill levels.  The disk measures 13.5” x 3” when fully inflated.

Benefits of using our Wobble Disk:
  • Improve posture any time you have to sit.
  • Prevent back pain, herniated disc, Sciatica and Lumbago
  • Strengthen your core and back muscles
  • Develop core stability

This balance disc can be used for a wide range of applications ranging from active sitting, muscle strengthening, joint stabilization, to post natal care.  It truly is a 3 in 1 piece of equipment that can benefit anyone from children to the elder generation by combining the advantages of a Gym (Swiss) Ball, Sitting wedge, Wobble Board and Foot Massage.  Five minutes on a wobble cushion is approximately equal to a half hour of any other physical activity that involves instability.

Suggestions for Use

The proper usage of this tool is intermittent: use it for about half an hour at a time, put it aside for a while, and then put it back on the chair. Take it on and off at regular intervals through the day.  A variety of positions is the only truly ergonomic occupational posture.

By sitting on the disc, either on the floor or chair, the muscles of the back and trunk are used more dynamically, improving muscle balance and tone and helping to prevent problems caused by sitting for long periods of time at a desk.

By standing on as a wobble board it can be used for the rehabilitation of an ankle and knee injury. You may stand by alternating each foot or with both feet at the same time.

For a more challenging workout you may add weights to each hand.
